Hey Mike, what markets do you trade? I'm currently trading equities using a pairs trading based strategy.

Is there anyone here who is a rebate trader? I am currently learning some methodology on rebate trading and would be interested to know what ECN destinations and securities you prefer when capturing a rebate?

Hey Prashant. Yea I use to be a rebate trader up until C did the reverse split then I switched back to technical. A few of the good ones are SIRI, BAC, I did well off of. It's all about adding liquidity to all your trades so your (rebate) comes out to more then your total commission/fees per trade. So even if you break even on your P&L at the end of the day from adding liquidity you should still be net positive!

Has anyone tried out the Fusion DMA platform yet?

It is hilarious how they are pumping the "employment numbers" on tv. you notice how they never mention "quality" of the jobs being taken. They will keep doing this every week for a while to sucker in investors into believing there is hope for the economy. Wait until the bottom falls out it will be a sight to seen!
